Awesome Deal
Brand new machete's of high quality. No comparison to the $7 specials I can buy here in SW FL. Great blades come with a short angle sharpening that lasts better than a thin more surgical sharpening job. Heavy and heavy duty. Sliced off branches of banyan tree over 1" thick and chopped through the fat 6" limbs as good as my axe. Very happy with this purchase.

Still top notch selections
These have been available for a while and I feared they would be scrapping the bottom of the barrel to fill my order. I was most pleasantly surprised! These seem to be brand new, or at least old/new stock. I had feared teh wood handles would be all dry rotted, but they are fine. One item with a plastic grip has a small chip. Many of the items still had the manufactures stickers on the blades! These will need to be sharpened, and do not include scabbords, but for this price, you will not find a better value on a variety of machetes.

Smoking deal on good tools
Great deal on machetes made in Colombia (at least mine were). All blades were straight and took an edge well. So far they've taken some serious abuse and keep on going.

It is great!
For the prize it is the best deal you can get. The shipping was expensive but even so it was still a good price and I got a very good set of full tang quality machetes. Working machetes, not fancy gruesome looking show pieces. What i need now are sheaths! I would buy another 5 but people might start looking at you differently if you have 10 machetes in one place.

If anyone were to have ANY complaint over this deal they should be banished from the site for life doomed to be ignored at Big 5 forever. At $4 each if you got a day’s work out of one you still came out ahead. A very helpful suggestion from a previous reviewer was to sand/customize the handles. That and some stain really brings them out to go with the cardboard and duct tape sheath I made for it ????
