Our pledge to you now and always, is that we will work tirelessly to source our products from certified factories and dependable sources, then offer them to you at a responsible, ethical price. At this time, we are dedicated to getting essential products into the hands of those who need them at the lowest possible price, even at the expense of absorbing much of the increase ourselves. The global supply chain has been severely stressed during this recent pandemic. This clearest example of this is in the area of Personal Protective Equipment. Many PPE products such as masks, gloves, and protective suits, are available only in small quantities. In some cases, they may not be available at all. This has created an imbalance in supply and demand which has led to higher pricing. For us to obtain these essential products, we have to pay premium prices. In order to soften the impact on our customers, Major Surplus has dramatically reduced our standard margins and offered these products at the lowest price possible. To be clear, Major Surplus and Survival condemns the practice of price gouging, especially in times of public need, and we will never resort to such tactics.
